DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Country Italy commercial organization, specifically the OE and Car Dealer area, a dynamic and cross-functional group involved in the business undertaking commercial tasks and leading the delivery of specific negotiations and sales activities along retail, car dealer and original equipment channels. This position will help you develop both your analytical skills and your sales abilities. The international nature of Pirelli, along with direct interactions with other business functions and constant engagement with key European and National markets, makes this an ideal opportunity for your next future. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:  
•    Analyzing the different sales forecasting and commercial trend of the main Italian Car Dealers and Car Makers, as current or potential next partners. 
•    Preparing detailed reports and presentations for management, providing useful insights into business strategy across the national and international automotive competitive arena.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, Communication) to ensure the full compliance of the commercial initiatives related to Car Dealer and OE channels.
•    Conducting benchmarking activities aimed at improving existing functionalities and applications to promote the best commercial practices to Car Dealers and Car Makers.
•    Combine and analyze the Car Dealer and Car Maker operations based on costs, margins, and market positioning

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Degree: preferably in Business Admin, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
•    Language: good knowledge of spoken and written English.
•    Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel. 
•    Soft Skills: initiative, accountability, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation,
