Banca Generali (www.bancagenerali.com), a private bank leader in Italy in financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism, is looking for the Financial Advisor Junior Specialist.
UHNWI, Institutional & Corporate Clients supports Financial Advisors and Distribution Networks in serving Ultra High Net Worth, Institutional and Corporate clients through customized investment solutions, portfolio advisory, market expertise and business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will perform the following activities:
Support the design and implementation of tailored investment solutions for UHNWI, Institutional and Corporate clients.
Perform portfolio analysis and asset allocation reviews, including portfolios held with third-party institutions.
Prepare investment proposals, market updates and client presentations.
Provide technical and commercial support to Financial Advisors and Distribution Networks on financial markets and investment products.
Participate in client and Family Office meetings, delivering portfolio and investment analysis.
Support Sales Management in institutional tenders (RFPs) and business development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance or related fields.
2 years of experience in similar roles.
Good knowledge of financial markets, asset allocation and investment products.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Fluent Italian and good English.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with UHNWI, Institutional or Corporate clients.
Knowledge of Family Office services and wealth planning solutions.
CFA, EFPA or similar certification (completed or in progress).
Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar or other financial platforms.
Knowledge of alternative investments and private markets.
Exposure to RFPs and institutional mandates.
What we offer
The position offers employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito) and the Company Supplementary Agreement of Banca Generali. The starting gross annual salary is approximately €35,650.
