Job Description

• Assists with the deployment of new laptops and desktop as well as device upgrades.

• Provide technical support to end-users via ticket system, email, phone, or in-person.

• Maintains customer service by providing first-level hardware and software support as instructed by associate members

• Provide technical support to users including network connectivity, VPN and remote desktop.

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and support for IT blueprints in M365/Office365 workloads and applications.

• Facilitate infrastructure lifecycle to ensure business continuity and reduced risk to operations.

• Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up

• Document IT procedures and create user guides.

• Work collaboratively within the Central Infrastructure network teams to ensure standards and processes are followed.

• Perform setup and maintenance of IT Infrastructure with guidance from senior team members.

• Contributes to project work assigned to the infrastructure team by completing a variety of assigned project tasks and duties with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field with a GPA of 2.8 or higher

• Fresher or entry-level candidate with strong foundational IT knowledge

• Proficiency in English (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High energy, confidence, and effective communicator

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 OS, networking, servers, and storage systems

• Experience with or knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft Office 365

• Interest and passion for IT technologies and innovative IT solutions

• Self-motivated, structured, and results-driven mindset

• Flexible and adaptable to change, with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
