Job Description

• Define BMS test strategy and plan according to project development plan.

• Define BMS test spec with consideration of system requirement, hardware design and software logic. Cover BMS core function includes state machine, prediction and protection logic, fault diagnostics, etc.

• Perform BMS system integration test with HiL test bench, including:

  • Hardware and software integration of HiL bench and BMS
  • Develop automation test program.
  • Execute BMS functional test and durability test, data analysis, and defect analysis.
  • Create and release test report.

• Cross team collaboration: Cooperate with global development team, including system, hardware and software. Clarify requirement, synchronize test progress and promote issue debugging. Complete V-Model according to developing process.

Qualifications

• Master degree in electrical or electronic engineering.

• Min 3 years BMS test or development experience (or VCU).

• HiL bench development and usage (e.g. ETAS, ECU-Test).

• Independent responsible for validation project.

• Familiar with BMS core functions.

• Solid knowledge of test procedures and case design methodologies, also version control.

• Familiar with HiL test bench, capable of automation test programming. Skilled in using test tools (e.g. CANoe, ETAS), familiar with CAN protocol.

• Basic knowledge of hardware schematic, programming language (e.g C, Python, CAPL), Matlab/Simulink.

• English written and spoken.

• Good communication skills.

• Willing to take responsibility, and able to adapt to fast iteration rhythm.
