HR Generalist (Cat. Prot. L. 68/99) - Hotel Malpensa

Adecco, T&T Malpensa branch, for a renowned hotel structure in the Malpensa area, is looking for an HR Generalist. This position is dedicated to resources belonging to cat.prot. L68/99.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls and recording messages

• Creating and maintaining archiving systems

• Archiving and updating documentation and records related to candidate interviews. Managing, monitoring, and processing received applications.

• Drafting and typing office correspondence using the computer.

• Verifying and coordinating the distribution of pay slips.

• Communicating necessary documentation to all candidates.

• Creating the personal file for new employees.

• Designing and updating the content of company bulletin boards dedicated to internal communication (e.g., regarding hiring, selection, transfers, and promotions).

• Displaying all legal and regulatory notices related to Human Resources, as required by law and visible to all employees.

• Entering and retrieving work information using computers and other company systems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative role.

• Interest in the world of human resources and personnel management.

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Working hours:

• Full-time from Monday to Friday. Possibility of evaluating part-time.

• Time slot: from 9:00 to 17:30.

Contractual framework:

• Level C3 of the relevant CCNL.

• Base gross annual salary: € 22,414.

• 6-month fixed-term full-time contract, with possibility of extension.
