Job description

Staff Agenzia per il Lavoro is looking for n. 2 ASSISTANT CHEFS for an accommodation facility during the Mediterranean Games.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Support in the preparation of the line and raw materials;

• Cleaning, cutting and processing of ingredients;

• Collaboration with the chef in the preparation and plating phase;

• Tidying and cleaning of equipment and workstations;

• Compliance with HACCP procedures and hygiene-sanitary standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an assistant chef;

• Ability to work in a team within a kitchen brigade;

• Precision, reliability and attention to detail;

• Flexible hours and availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

We offer:

• Fixed-term contract from 21/08 to 03/09;

• Tourism CCNL level 5 or 6, commensurate with experience;

• Salary range: € 710 – € 820, based on the level of employment (for 2 weeks);

• Full time. Hours: from 15:00 to 22:00.

Workplace: Taranto.
