Requirements:

• Degree: Preferably a professional master’s degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering; degrees in other engineering fields will be accepted provided that the required experience and skills are met.

• At least eight years of experience in projects in the aerospace, security, and defense sectors.

• Experience in project management, with knowledge of:

  • Training in project management.
  • Earned Value Management.
  • Agile management methodologies.

• Experience in international collaborative projects.

• Technical knowledge of TGO’s technologies, capabilities, and products throughout the life cycle of the following aeronautical systems:

  • Avionics,
  • Sensors,
  • Communications.

• Knowledge of systems engineering, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), is a plus.

• Knowledge of operational concepts in military air operations environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of MUT (Manned-Unmanned Teaming) technologies in RPAS/UAV operations environments is desirable.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Languages: English at the C1 level. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.

• NATO/EU Personal Security Clearance is desirable: at least up to the “CONFIDENTIAL” level.

• Advanced user-level knowledge of the following software tools:

  • Microsoft Project.
  • Microsoft Office,
  • Doors.
