Serve as the primary Business Process Owner for Operations workstreams – demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, quality, and sourcing – throughout the SAP ECC integration of newly acquired companies
Lead structured, end-to-end current-state (“as-is”) assessments of legacy ERP and manual processes at each acquired company’s factories and distribution centers, identifying gaps versus the company’s standard SAP ECC processes
Serve as the primary Business Process Owner for Operations workstreams – demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, quality, and sourcing – throughout the SAP ECC integration of newly acquired companies
Education requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
Experience requirements include: 15-20 years of progressive operations and/or supply chain leadership experience, including direct, hands-on experience with one or more large-scale ERP implementations or integrations (SAP ECC strongly preferred).
Frequent travel required; on-site engagement at factories and DC's is critical. Locations include: Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, Arkansas, Mississippi, Arizona, and Nogales, MX.
The pay range for this position is $166,788.00 - $274,822.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
