Your tasks

• You advise our private customers digitally (telephone, video consultation, chat, co-browsing) on topics such as accounts, service, digitalization, and actively introduce customers to the entire standardized product range for investments, pensions, and personal loans.

• You confidently use digital media in consulting.

Your skills and experiences

• You have a banking apprenticeship or comparable qualification.

• You have good knowledge of the product range for private customers.

• You possess sales skills and enjoy interacting with our customers.

• You have an open and communicative personality who enjoys working in teams.

• You have a high willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your know-how.

• You are proficient in using PC and software applications.
