POSITION TITLE: Key Account Executive – Modern Trade – Ha Noi (WinMart & CVS)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Key Account Executive, you will be the key point of contact for sales operations across assigned WinMart and Convenience Stores in Hanoi. You will help deliver agreed business objectives by ensuring strong in-store execution, reliable customer collaboration, and disciplined follow-up on sales performance.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, cross-functional colleagues, and promoter or merchandiser teams to improve product availability, merchandising quality, promotional execution, and market responsiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver agreed sales, distribution, merchandising, call coverage, and other customer-store performance targets.

• Implement, monitor, and update field sales plans for assigned customer stores to support volume, value, and KPI delivery.

• Lead store-level commercial discussions and negotiations, while tracking sales out, inventory levels, and on-time order placement.

• Execute channel and category plans at the point of purchase, including product availability, share of space, displays, and promotions.

• Provide timely demand forecasts, market updates, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to support business planning.

• Build effective relationships with store-level customer contacts and collaborate with internal teams such as Trade Marketing and Marketing.

• Coach, motivate, and support promoters and merchandisers to strengthen day-to-day execution in store.

• Ensure compliance with Nestlé principles, trade policies, safety requirements, and applicable local regulations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2-5 years of experience in Sales Modern Trade, with a proven record of delivering KPIs.

• Good understanding of field sales, customer management, and cross-functional commercial execution.

• Experience working with or supporting promoters or merchandisers is required.

• Ability to build productive relationships with customers and internal business partners.

• Effective negotiation, selling, and business planning skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work with integrity and accountability.

• Knowledge of integrated commercial planning, key account management, training, HR policies, traceability, and quality fundamentals is an advantage.

• Experience managing WinMart and CVS accounts (e.g., GS25, Circle K, FamilyMart) is highly preferred.
