WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? 🚀

You will report to the Store Director and be part of the Management Committee to fuel our ambitious expansion project in different locations within the national territory.

You will be responsible for ensuring Customer satisfaction and the development of your Sector's results through the animation of your Team, fulfilling commitments to the Client regarding Price, Stock, and Efficiency in purchasing.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! 💪

Your functions will be:

• Select, develop, motivate, and lead the people in your team, according to the company's values.

• Guarantee the safety and health conditions of your Team, being exemplary in the application of legal regulations.

• Adapt, plan, and execute Commercial Actions in accordance with the Commercial and Store Policy, applying and adapting the implementation logics of the Sector Families.

• Animate sales, customer reception, and service by the team, and monitor the competition.

• Manage the supply of your Sector and ensure adequate stock rotation.
