WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the Sector Head, your mission will be to contribute, personally and through team coordination, to customer satisfaction and sales development.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

Motivate and involve the team through example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating the availability of salespeople in the sales room, and fulfilling daily tasks, always ensuring Safety (PPE, load handling, hazardous products...).

Ensure proper customer service by promoting sales according to their needs to guarantee their satisfaction.

Know and transmit the Sales Plan for each product family.

Ensure the maintenance of the section for which you are responsible, guaranteeing and coordinating merchandise replenishment, and stock reliability through inventories and adequate management of the demarcation.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience motivating and coordinating teams at a point of sale.

• Experience in Large Distribution and/or Retail.

• We especially value if you have higher technical training or training related to commerce (vocational training, degree, or university qualification).

• If you also have geographical mobility, you will have the possibility to access a specific career plan linked to the company's expansion.
