WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

You will report to the Store Director and be part of the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the development of results in the materials sector (partitions, ceilings, insulation, sandwich panels, waterproofing...) by leading your team, fulfilling commitments to the customer regarding price, stock, and purchasing efficiency.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Select, develop, motivate, and lead the people in your team, according to the company's values.

• Guarantee the safety and health conditions of your team, being exemplary in the application of legal regulations.

• Adapt, plan, and carry out Commercial Actions in accordance with the Commercial and Store Policy, applying and adapting the implementation logics of the Sector Families.

• Encourage sales, customer reception and service by the team, and competitor monitoring.

• Manage the procurement for your Sector and ensure adequate stock rotation.
