WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the tasks of documentation, creation of reports/dashboards, contractual follow-up and order follow-up, derived from the planning and provisioning processes for openings, operational processes of the warehouse, machinery fleet management, waste management and general expense management, seeking their automation and industrialization.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE IN THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct internal customer service and sales.

• Ensure the execution of the goods entry and exit process.

• Control the quantity and quality of the items received.

• Comply with safety regulations.

• Contribute to cost management by controlling known and unknown loss and collaborating in the proper conservation of the company's assets.

• Loading and unloading with a forklift and reception with radiofrequency of merchandise.

• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.

• Participate in the life of the warehouse and the company.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a merchandise receiver within a logistics structure or similar position.

• Experience in dealing with carriers, managing delivery notes and keeping daily control of received merchandise.

• Experience in operating machinery (forklift, lifter and reach truck) and in radiofrequency.

• Driving license.

• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the warehouse by own vehicle or public transport.
