For the Communication & Image area, we are looking for a Brand Experience Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the boutique into an experiential destination: a place of encounter, creativity, and connection. Through experiences, events, and local collaborations, you will create authentic connection opportunities between the brand and its community, contributing to customer loyalty and business growth.

You will work in close collaboration with the Store Manager, the Retail, CRM, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams, ensuring that every experience reflects the values, aesthetics, and spirit of the brand.

WHERE: Milan

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Designing, planning, and coordinating an annual calendar of experiences and events in the boutique in line with the corporate strategy;

• Designing and curating every detail of the customer experience, from the invitation to the post-event follow-up, enhancing craftsmanship, creativity, and storytelling;

• Organizing events dedicated to clients, VICs, press, and influencers, transforming each event into an opportunity for storytelling and content production, amplifying the brand's visibility;

• Developing collaborations with local partners and entities to enrich the experiential offer;

• Coordinating suppliers and setups, ensuring budget adherence and management, and brand standards;

• Managing operational logistics during all phases of the event;

• Fostering the creation of a community around the boutique through recurring initiatives;

• Supporting clientelling activities;

• Promoting a culture of shared experience with the entire communication and retail team;

• Collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback to continuously improve initiatives, analyzing the impact in terms of engagement, community building, traffic, and commercial performance.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:

• You have a degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, or related fields;

• You have 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or event organization contexts;

• You have a strong focus on client experience and hospitality;

• You possess creativity, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude;

• You have excellent knowledge of the English language;

• You have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
