Within the Aircraft BU, Uo Operation Industrial Engineering/System Monitoring & MFG Engineering Governance of the Venegono Superiore Plant, we are looking for a Governance and Competence Development Officer.

The resource will be involved in the following activities:

• Provide support to the Budget and Investment Mgmt department for monitoring the Manufacturing Engineering Site Plan Budget in terms of hours employed;

• Provide support to the Uo manager and HR for knowledge management issues for the professional family with the aim of consolidating roles and the development/maintenance of training paths (syllabus). Furthermore, they will interface with other company areas (HR, O&SC Knowledge Management) to align initiatives.

• Ensure the maintenance, updating, and availability of Manufacturing area documentation;

• Ensure support for the dissemination and verification of the application of homogeneous and standard approaches to industrialization methodologies;

• Ensure integrations, completions, and new developments of the regulatory body in agreement with the AQ&C Uo, for the professional family of Industrial Engineering and production within the QMS for the industrialization process;

• Promote control and monitoring of the industrialization process by coordinating certification checks in agreement with the AQ&C Uo.

Educational qualification:

Diploma/degree in technical/management disciplines or humanities (communication sciences)

Required experience level:

Junior/expert

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of Internal LND Regulations (Optional);

• Basic knowledge of External Regulations: e.g., UNI EN ISO 9001, AS/EN9100, 2006/42/CE;

• Basic knowledge of the main manufacturing processes (mechanical, sheet metal, composite, etc.) and assembly techniques used in the aeronautical field and their control;

• Management of models for the development and maintenance of competencies (syllabus) for technical profiles

How does the selection process work?

Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified. Selected candidates will have an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.
