Within the Electronics Business Area, for the STRATEGY & COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS organizational unit, we are looking for a STRATEGY PLANNING ANALYST SPECIALIST for our ROMA TIBURTINA km. 12,400 office.

The person will mainly deal with the following activities:

• Develop analyses and insights to support the drafting of the strategic plan for the reference business

• Support the strategic planning manager in defining strategic objectives and the relative implementation plan, in coherence with the divisional strategic direction and in collaboration with other interested functions

• Prepare periodic monitoring of the performance of strategic objectives and related actions through the contributions of the Business Lines during QBR (Quarterly Business Review)

• Prepare the contributions required for the definition of the investment plan, Product Business Plans (PBP) and order plan in order to ensure consistency with the Business strategic guidelines

• Support the aggregation of information and data relating to the budget plan and historical IBP statements (orders, revenues, invoicing, margins, etc.), investment plans, etc. for the study and analysis of performance at different levels of complexity with the aim of supporting decision-making processes

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in MANAGEMENT ENGINEERING / BUSINESS ECONOMICS / BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Seniority:

• Junior: 1-3 years of experience (also in equivalent roles);

Knowledge and technical skills:

• Familiarity with strategic planning tools (e.g. SWOT analysis, PESTLE, Ansoff Matrix, BCG Matrix, OKR, etc..)

• Analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret data to identify strategically relevant trends and information; ability to analyze complex problems and propose creative solutions

• Strategic Thinking: ability to evaluate the broader context and understand how different parts of the company organization interact. Ability to anticipate future challenges and trends and propose proactive strategies.

• Communication (written and verbal): ability to communicate complex concepts in a synthetic and effective way, both by developing presentations and actively participating in workshops

• Knowledge of the industrial sector and the market in which the company organization operates; knowledge of the product portfolio and main enabling technologies.

• Knowledge of business and financial management principles
