Mediobanca Management Company S.A. is a Mediobanca company governed by Luxembourg law, whose authorization exclusively covers the activity of collective management, in accordance with Article 101(2) of the law of 17 December 2010 relating to UCIs.

Posizione

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer to join our Compliance function of Mediobanca Management Company S.A. in Luxembourg. This opportunity will allow the selected candidate to support the implementation and maintenance of the Company's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable Luxembourg regulatory requirements governing UCITS fund management activities.

Working closely with the Compliance Officer and other internal stakeholders, the Junior Compliance Officer will contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Plan, regulatory ML/FT risk assessments, AML/CFT controls and governance reporting while gaining exposure to a broad range of regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support to the MLRO in anti-money laundering matters

• Participation in Due Diligence activities and oversight of delegates (including AML monitoring)

• Support in performing controls as per the Compliance Monitoring Plan, in line with the Risk Assessment

• Contribution to the review and update of the ManCo’s policies and procedures, with a particular focus on Compliance and AML

• Support in managing requests from internal and external auditors, as well as from the Parent Company.

Requisiti

Required Skills:

• English proficiency is a must, French and/or Italian desirable

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

• Basic understanding of the regulatory framework and compliance aspects related to ManCos and Luxembourg investment funds (UCITS, CSSF regulations and circulars, SFDR, ESMA guidelines, DORA)

• Any professional certifications are considered an asset.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team environment

• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving approach.

Location: Luxembourg (L-1528)

In line with pay transparency requirements, this role is offered on a permanent basis, subject to a six-month probationary period, with a gross annual salary in the range of EUR 45,000–65,000, plus benefits and eligibility for the variable incentive scheme in accordance with Mediobanca's remuneration policies.
