Map client relationships across the account team and orchestrate account strategy, leading a broad virtual team (Solution Consultants, Solution Specialists, Customer Success resources, Partners, Marketing, etc.)
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business objectives, including the strategic priorities of Korean conglomerates (chaebol) and enterprises, and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap and digital transformation agenda
Identify and bring in the right specialist and support resources to a deal at the right time, including local-language support where needed
Work closely with ServiceNow's Korea leadership team and regional colleagues to align on go-to-market plans

Consistent achievement of sales targets
Experience leveraging, or thinking critically about how to integrate, AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or assessing AI's impact on the function or industry
Ability to understand the bigger picture and ServiceNow's plans around IT, and to communicate them in the context of Korean enterprise priorities
Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel domestically and regionally if required
