What will your challenges be?

• Extract, consolidate and analyze data related to orders, warehouse activities, inbound and outbound operations and product handling.

• Monitor daily warehouse operations, reviewing previous-day activity, pending orders, workload and operational performance.

• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks and potential risks that could impact order preparation and delivery.

• Define, build and monitor operational KPIs to provide visibility on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Translate operational data into clear insights, priorities and actions for the different warehouse areas.

• Support the daily prioritization of warehouse activities based on pending workload, delivery deadlines and business needs.

• Monitor and prioritize key operational areas, including inbound activities, order preparation, product handling and outbound shipments.

• Follow up on international order shipments and identify potential issues or delays?

• Support the management and prioritization of warehouse orders to ensure delivery timelines are met.

• Work closely with internal Operations teams, logistics providers and warehouse operators to follow up on activities and resolve operational issues.

• Contribute to improving operational reporting and visibility to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Delivery Planning or similar roles.

• Languages: English - C1 Level.

• Systems: Experience working with SAP.

• Others: Strong analytical and data management skills. Dynamic, proactive and hands-on profile, with the ability to manage different priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
