Senior Executive, Energy and Renewables (Norway / Hybrid)

Are you ready to take a senior role in a high-performing team providing strategic risk advisory and broking services to a diverse portfolio of Energy clients? We are seeking two solution‑oriented Senior Executives to help accelerate our growth within Energy and Renewables, with a particular focus on expanding our footprint in the Norwegian market.

What the day will look like

• Lead advisory and broking relationships for a portfolio of Energy and Renewables clients, providing strategic risk insight and market-leading solutions

• Drive growth across Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services and Offshore Wind through proactive business development and deep sector expertise

• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, retention and expansion of our relationships

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to bring integrated Aon capabilities to clients

• Contribute to the development and mentoring of more junior team members, supporting a strong performance culture

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable operating at senior client level

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Broking, Underwriting, or as a Risk Manager within Energy or related sectors

• Proven track record in client management, business development and delivering complex risk and insurance solutions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
