Senior
The Manager Commercial Capability Development Engagement is responsible for driving employee engagement, culture activation, leadership communications, and organizational branding across Commercial Operations. The role translates business priorities into meaningful employee experiences, communication campaigns, and culture-building initiatives that strengthen alignment, engagement, and organizational transformation.
As the internal marketer for Commercial Operations, the role partners with Commercial Leadership, People & Culture, Sales Offices, and cross-functional teams to bring the organization's vision, values, and priorities to life through compelling storytelling, employee experiences, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Engagement & Culture
Develop and execute engagement strategies aligned with business priorities and employee experience goals.
Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, belonging, collaboration, motivation, and organizational pride.
Bring the Commercial Operations vision, strategy, leadership priorities, and cultural aspirations to life through integrated engagement programs.
Monitor engagement effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
2. Leadership Communications & Storytelling
Develop communication strategies that strengthen alignment between leaders and employees.
Translate business priorities and transformation initiatives into compelling communications, presentations, videos, and campaigns.
Lead the creation of executive messaging, town halls, and leadership communication materials.
Ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across all communication platforms.
3. Employee Experience & Engagement Programs
Design and deliver flagship engagement initiatives, leadership events, recognition programs, and organizational celebrations.
Manage end-to-end program execution, including concept development, branding, logistics, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and evaluation.
Enhance employee experiences through creative and impactful engagement activities.
4. Change Management & Transformation
Lead engagement and communication workstreams supporting transformation initiatives and organizational change.
Develop change communication and stakeholder engagement plans that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption.
Partner with leaders and project teams to strengthen organizational readiness and change outcomes.
5. Commercial Brand & Recognition
Serve as the creative lead for employee-facing campaigns, communications, and events.
Oversee the development of campaign identities, presentations, videos, branding assets, and engagement materials.
Design recognition programs that celebrate employee and team achievements while strengthening advocacy and organizational pride.
6. Stakeholder Management
Build strong partnerships with Commercial Leadership, Sales Offices, People & Culture, Corporate Affairs, Procurement, Marketing, and external agencies.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee engagement, communications, culture, and employee experience.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Organizational Development, Change Management, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Employer Branding, or Event Management.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide engagement, culture, or communication initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale events, leadership programs, or transformation communications.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets is preferred.
