Fines Analyst (6-Month Contract)

Overview

This role is responsible for executing the Quaker Canada Supply Chain fines dispute process including validating return orders, gathering relevant backup and disputing fines. Additionally, this role will have further responsibilities tied to the execution of ad-hoc logistics tasks such as removing deliver blocks and creating over or shortage freight orders.

Total Compensation: $49,000 - $79,870

Responsibilities

• Creating and processing return orders in a timely fashion

• Collaborating with carriers and other 3PL service providers to collect backup for deductions

• Logging and tracking disputes with customers for erroneous fines

• Supporting our S&D team with insights into warehouse and transportation fines performance

Qualifications

• University Degree in a technical domain

• Detail oriented

• Ability to learn systems quickly

• Strong collaboration skills
