INGP11-NP 2026 Production Planning

Plan the work schedule of the production department using customer schedules, capacity, available inventory, and racking.

Determine production timing by considering raw material availability, production lead time, and customer due date.

Makes changes when necessary, such as when resources do not arrive as planned or when equipment fails.

Monitors finished goods inventory levels to keep at an appropriate level.

Sets schedule for tool changes and determines proper tools requiring preheating based on upcoming production requirements.

Comply with the requirements of the companies Quality Manual, Environmental Manual, Procedures, Process Cards, and SAP Manual/Instructions.

Communicate schedules to the production department and establish priorities according to customer needs, capacity, material, racking, and manpower constraints.

Work with all departments to help resolve issues preventing schedules from being met according to plan.
