O teu dia-a-dia:

• Ensure compliance with legislation and Occupational Health and Safety requirements applicable to the company;

• Monitor the Occupational Medicine service, ensuring coordination with the service provider and compliance with legal obligations, namely in the scope of consultations, aptitude forms and associated processes;

• Assess risks, identify improvement opportunities and implement preventive and control measures;

• Monitor audits, inspections and action plans of the different business units;

• Investigate work accidents and ensure the implementation of respective corrective actions;

• Implement and monitor self-protection measures, ensuring the realization of drills;

• Monitor and analyze Occupational Health and Safety indicators, identifying improvement opportunities;

• Promote training and awareness actions, contributing to the development of a safety culture;

• Participate in continuous improvement projects in the area of Occupational Health and Safety;

• Ensure coordination with the different areas of the company, external entities and competent authorities in the scope of Occupational Health and Safety;

• Contribute to the creation of safe working environments and the well-being of our teams.

O que procuramos:

• Relevant Higher Education for the role;

• Certification as a Senior Safety Technician (Level VI);

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in similar functions, preferably in the retail, industry or logistics sectors;

• Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and best practices;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;

• Ability to plan, organize and autonomy;

• Proactivity, critical sense and orientation towards continuous improvement;

• Excellent communication, influence and interpersonal relationship skills;

• Availability to accompany the company's different workplaces in person.
