Category Finance Specialist
This position provides financial counsel and reporting support to the commercial team including Category, Marketing and Sales, and is a liaison with Operations. The Analyst supports the decision-making process as it relates to quarterly/annual reviews, monthly close process (including analysis and reporting), oversight of commercialization initiatives, and provides insights in support of creating the strategic plan.
Job Description

Manage and analyze the Chili Retail P&L (sales to gross margin)

Support annual budget and strategic planning, focused on profitable growth

Set and track KPIs with Category teams and align targets with Sales, Marketing, and Operations

Build financial business cases for new product innovation with cross-functional teams

Partner with Category on pricing and packaging actions to deliver the financial plan (RGM)

Track marketing spends with the Marketing team and control actual vs budget

Prepare clear updates and reports to support decision-making
