The Sales Department's main function is to ensure the strategic execution of Worten's physical stores, constantly seeking the satisfaction of our customers with the aim of exceeding their expectations. Your day-to-day:

• Monitoring and advising our customers in-store;

• Knowing market trends, news, and launches;

• Being part of a dynamic and success-oriented team.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 12th-grade education;

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends;

• Customer satisfaction orientation;

• Focus on results;

• Teamwork;

• Experience in Sales.
