Manufacturing Quality Technician
Join our production team and help ensure that every product leaving our lines meets the highest quality standards. You will support daily manufacturing activities, manage non‑conformities, and contribute to continuous improvement across our processes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide on‑the‑floor quality support to production teams.

Investigate non‑conformities and deviations using problem‑solving tools.

Coordinate sampling, testing, and documentation related to product quality.

Keep procedures, work instructions, and quality documents up to date.

Train operators on quality standards and best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

For RRP products: ensure batch record availability, review executed records, and support release decisions.
Requirements

Professional/technical school degree or equivalent experience.

1–2 years of experience in production or quality.

Fluent in English

Knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (root‑cause analysis, statistical methods).

Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
