Description

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks related to enrollment, administration, ongoing client servicing, and special activities in accordance with defined procedures.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of data and transactions to meet service standards and internal timelines.

• Maintain operational records and documentation in line with standard operating procedures.

• Support the preparation of basic operational and utilization reports, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.

• Assist in identifying data discrepancies or operational issues and escalate them appropriately.

• Follow internal policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards in all operational activities.

• Support team members in implementing process updates, system changes, or new operational requirements.

• Use operational systems and tools effectively to complete daily tasks.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role within Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Financial Services

• Basic understanding of operational processes and service delivery concepts.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry, validation, and documentation.

• Willingness to learn and follow established processes and guidelines.

• Good time management skills and ability to handle routine tasks with consistency.

• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
