Join our plant operations team as a Maintenance Technician (2nd shift) for our Methods and Maintenance Team and play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and driving operational excellence. Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and support continuous operations
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production methods
Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health and safety
Conduct preventive maintenance according to preventive maintenance plan.
Repair equipment in case of breakdown, where the repair methods are known.
Ensure the consistency of the information into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce the cost of maintenance (continuous improvement), to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
Train production actors in achieving maintenance level 1, 2 & 3
Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring maintenance activities support production needs and internal stakeholder expectations
Digital Literacy — intermediate level; using maintenance management systems to track work orders and analyze performance data
Drives for Results — intermediate level; prioritizing tasks to meet uptime targets and operational goals
Influencing Skills — intermediate level; coordinating with teams to align on maintenance priorities and resource allocation
Manufacturing Operational Performance — intermediate level; monitoring equipment effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities
Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; streamlining maintenance workflows to enhance efficiency
Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; ensuring all maintenance work complies with safety standards and protocols
Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions quickly
Strong judgment and decision-making skills when handling escalated or complex maintenance issues
Proactive mindset with a focus on preventive action and continuous improvement
Effective communication and collaboration skills across production and technical teams
Ability to work independently under established procedures while contributing improvement ideas
You are aware of safety/electrical safety procedures (LOTO, electrical safety codes etc)
You are interested in working in a test/automation and production environment
You have an education and/or experience in troubleshooting automated test equipment
You are organized and hands-on in structured de-bugging
You have knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance
You are curious about new technologies and looking to solve real-world problems in a manufacturing environment
