What you will do:

• Support the daily procurement activities for New Product Introductions (NPI)

• Maintain and develop supplier relationships

• Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders

• Assist with quotation requests and cost analysis

• Support productivity tracking, database analysis and database cleanup

• Contribute to sustainability and supply chain resiliency initiatives

What we need from you:

• Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in supply chain, logistics, data management or related field in management/economics

• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status

• Advanced English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team

• You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills (ability to work with big data)

• You have an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills, with high interest in procurement related topics

• You have open, proactive attitude and you love being challenged

• For this position it is essential to be reliable and self-driven, have a proactive attitude and good communicational skills

• It is a plus, if you have already gained some work experience in the procurement/supply chain field

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 25-30hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office, (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)

• Gross salary: 2100 HUF/hour
