We are selecting a Cash and Customer Service Coordinator:

Reporting to the Director, your mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the respect and reliability of collection procedures through the coordination of daily activities and the animation of your team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage the Cashier team: select, welcome and train new employees, accompany and develop your collaborators, plan tasks and supervise their performance ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Ensure collection, returns and control of merchandise, handle accounting documents related to cash and manage incidents, ensure the reliability and respect of cash procedures and fund management, and assist the cash line.

• Ensure proper customer service ensuring their satisfaction, guaranteeing the comfort and fluidity of the checkout process, managing incidents.

• Perform administrative management: monitoring of accounting tasks, archiving, personnel administration, etc.

Essential:

Experience as Head of Cashier Line in Medium or Large retail stores for at least 2 years having managed a team of at least 10 cashiers.

Valued: University education
