WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the tasks of documentation, report/dashboard creation, contractual follow-up, and order tracking, derived from the planning and procurement processes for openings, operational warehouse processes, machinery fleet management, waste management, and general expenses management, seeking to automate and industrialize them.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure proper attention to internal customers and sales.

• Ensure the execution of the goods entry and exit process.

• Control the quantity and quality of the received articles.

• Comply with safety regulations.

• Contribute to cost management by controlling known and unknown losses and collaborating in the proper conservation of the company's assets.

• Loading and unloading with forklift and reception with radiofrequency of merchandise.

• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.

• Participate in the life of the warehouse and the company.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a merchandise receiver within a logistics structure or similar position.

• Experience in dealing with transporters, managing delivery notes, and controlling daily received merchandise.

• Experience in operating machinery (forklift, stacker, and reach truck) and radiofrequency.

• Driver's license.

• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the warehouse by private vehicle or public transport.
