Currently, we have 40 Stores in Spain and Portugal, and we are already more than 7,000 collaborators committed to our company project.

Telémaco is our commitment to young talent with growth potential, designed to accompany them for 2 years until they occupy a Manager position.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

People with a university degree compatible with the business. At least 1 year of experience in customer service. Availability for national mobility. Positive attitude towards the retail environment. Ability to develop as operational leaders within the organization. Driving License.

WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE JOURNEY?

Stage 1 - Introduction to OBRAMAT You will join the Company as a Commercial Manager, starting your journey living the mission of a Salesperson. This stage is key to integrating into the commercial environment, deepening product knowledge and putting into practice your technical sales skills, customer orientation and continuous learning, laying the foundations of the business and validating your ability to assume greater responsibilities.

Stage 2 - Commercial Manager Progressively exercise the mission of Commercial Manager autonomously. In this stage, the participant is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring the correct maintenance of the Store, the application of the commercial policy and the operational support of their team.

Stage 3 - Sector Manager Consolidate the participant as Sector Manager, allowing them to autonomously and strategically exercise the Mission of Sector Manager. The participant must ensure customer satisfaction and the sustainable development of sector results, leading their team with a focus on operational efficiency, economic management and commercial animation, in coherence with the Store and Obramat project.

Stage 4 - Store Opening The opening of a new Store is an exciting moment for all Obramat. You will have the opportunity to temporarily support at this unique moment and learn in depth what this entails.

Stage 5 - End of the journey Your journey in Telémaco has come to an end, becoming a Sector Manager in one of our new Stores.
