Telémaco is our Development Program for young people with potential like you, who will evolve over a two-year period to the mission of Sector Head.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Young people with a completed University Degree, Higher Degree, and/or Vocational Training.

• Permanent national geographical mobility.

• Motivation for dynamic environments, a strong desire to learn, and a passion for teamwork.

• Driver's license.

WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE JOURNEY?

• Stage 0 - Introduction to OBRAMAT Upon your incorporation, the first few months will be spent getting to know the Salesperson mission while familiarizing yourself with our business model, values, and culture.

• Stage 1 - Training After passing the Assessment and following a Welcome Week where you will meet key people and different areas of OBRAMAT, you will join one of our reference warehouses, training for 2 months in the mission of Commercial Manager.

• Stage 2 - Commercial Manager It's time to experience the mission of a Commercial Manager, performing its functions and supporting a section for 12 months.

• Stage 3 - Sector Head The journey continues, the time has come to approach the mission you have been training for: Sector Head. For 6 months, you will get to know it firsthand alongside the Warehouse Team and the close accompaniment of your Mentor.

• Stage 4 - Warehouse Opening The opening of a new Warehouse is an exciting moment for all of OBRAMAT.

• Stage 5 - End of the journey Your Telémaco journey has come to an end, becoming a Sector Head in one of our new Warehouses.
