OBRAMAT is the reference company for the distribution of Materials in the Renovation and Construction market, integrated into GRUPO ADEO, the leading group in Europe in specialized distribution for home improvement and third in the world ranking, parent company of companies such as Leroy Merlín, Tecnomat, Saint Maclou, KBane, Weldom, and Adeo Services. Currently, we have 40 Stores in Spain and Portugal, and we are already more than 7,000 collaborators committed to our business project.

Telémaco is our Development Program for young people with potential like you, who over a two-year period will evolve into the mission of Sector Head.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Young people with a University Degree, Higher Degree, and/or completed Vocational Training.

• Permanent national geographical mobility.

• Motivation for dynamic environments, a strong desire to learn, and a liking for teamwork.

• Driver's license.

WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE JOURNEY?

• Stage 0 - Introduction to OBRAMAT

  After your incorporation, for the first few months, you will be learning about the Salesperson's mission while familiarizing yourself with our business model, values, and culture.

• Stage 1 - Training

  After passing the Assessment and a Welcome Week where you can meet key people and different areas of OBRAMAT, you would join one of our reference Stores, training for 2 months in the mission of the Commercial Manager.

• Stage 2 - Commercial Manager

  It's time to experience the mission of the Commercial Manager, performing their functions and supporting a section for 12 months.

• Stage 3 - Sector Head

  The journey continues; the time has come to approach the mission for which you have been training all this time, that of Sector Head. For 6 months, you will get to know it firsthand with the Store Team and the close accompaniment of your Mentor.

• Stage 4 - Store Opening

  The opening of a new Store is an exciting moment for all of OBRAMAT.

• Stage 5 - End of the journey

  Your journey in Telémaco has come to an end, becoming a Sector Head in one of our new Stores.
