WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the tasks of documentation, creation of reports/dashboards, contractual follow-up and order follow-up, which arise from the planning and procurement processes for openings, operational processes of the warehouse, management of machinery park, waste management and general expense management, seeking their automation and industrialization.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure proper internal customer and sales service.

• Ensure the execution of the goods entry and exit process.

• Control the quantity and quality of the received articles.

• Comply with safety regulations.

• Contribute to cost management by controlling known and unknown loss and collaborating in the proper conservation of the company's assets.

• Loading and unloading with forklift and reception with radio frequency of merchandise.

• Collaborate with your team within the company's values framework.

• Participate in the life of the warehouse and the company.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a merchandise receiver within a logistics structure or similar position and team management.

• Experience in dealing with transporters, managing delivery notes and controlling daily received merchandise.

• Experience in operating machinery (forklift, lift truck and reach truck) and in radio frequency.

• Driving license.

• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility of moving to the warehouse by private vehicle or public transport.
