What you will do We are looking for a resource that support Product Line Finance Directors in daily operational and strategic activities, including:

• Budget, forecast, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting in close coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams

• Monthly accrual processing

• Top line analysis by cluster, brand, product line

• Analysis of divisional cost

• Portfolio analysis to maximize profit

• Product mix, Margin and profitability analysis

• New product business cases and development

• Transparency and timely communication with HQ

What you need to succeed Must have

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business drivers

Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.

Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a Finance function, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes.

Language: Fluent in Italian & English required; any additional foreign language would be considered a plus.
