The Master’s Programme in Smart Commercial Vehicles for Sustainable Mobility, created by Iveco Group in collaboration with Politecnico di Torino, trains the professionals of tomorrow, capable of tackling the challenges of decarbonization, digitalization, and new technologies applied to commercial vehicles.
Thanks to a unique formula, this 24-month programme offers a great job opportunity combining practical industry experience with free advanced academic training, directly aligned with the needs of one of the most dynamic industrial sectors: automotive.
You will be part of the innovation of next-generation commercial vehicles by adopting a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach, contributing to the design of components and the integration of vehicle systems, supporting the validation and homologation activities in several specialized roles, such as:
- Systems & Design Engineer: definition of vehicle functions, logical architectures, and system modelling with MBSE.
- Vehicle Integration & Requirement Engineer: integration of mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems.
Validation & Homologation Engineer: support to validation and homologation processes.
- System/Component Integration Engineer: ensure hardware/software integration and system readiness at project milestones.
- Data Science Analyst & Cybersecurity Owner: analysis and modelling of data to support product development; definition and traceability of safety and cybersecurity requirements.
- ADAS Function Development: design and simulation of advanced driver-assistance systems with MBSE tools.
- Software Validation Engineer: validation of cockpit software, test preparation and execution, issue reproduction.

Contract: you will be hired by Iveco Group from day 1, through a high apprenticeship contract
Degree: Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded a 2nd-level Specializing Master’s diploma
Start: February 2026, for 24 months
