Role Description & Responsibilities

As Partner Sales, you will lead the North Territory, building a profitable, sustainable and differentiated partner community, and act as a change agent to create harmony and synergy between our brands and channels.

In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, your responsibilities include the following:

• Provide leadership to the North Territory channel to achieve business objectives and build a profitable, sustainable and differentiated partner community

• Achieve the sales plan across CRE product categories in North China, including term licenses, Simulation and PDM, while demonstrating success with 3DEXPERIENCE Works and across the wider business scope

• Execute the coverage expansion program at territory level to extend our reach among SMB customers

• Improve channel infrastructure and maintain a positive channel culture

• Coach VAR owners, management teams and sales teams to grow into the most professional channel sales force in the industry, with ethics, integrity and strong capabilities

• Act as a change agent to help VARs transform and adopt new technologies, business models and ways of working

• Help SMB customers adopt 3DS technologies to innovate, transform and achieve success

• Work in harmony with the brands and other channels to create synergy and a consistent customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; majoring in Mechanical, IT or Engineering-related fields is preferred

• Proven track record in direct or channel sales of hardware or software; experience targeting manufacturing customers is preferred

• Good sales presentation skills

• English reading and writing skills are a must

• Strong ethics, integrity and sense of responsibility, with a self-motivated, positive attitude towards work and life
