Outbound Business Developer Representative United Arab Emirates (Based in Dubai)

Hello! 👋

At Factorial, we’re on a mission to simplify HR and business management for small and medium-sized businesses with our all-in-one SaaS solution. We help companies automate their HR processes so they can focus on what truly matters, their people.

We’re growing fast and are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative based in Dubai, to drive and manage outbound pipeline across the UAE and wider Middle East region, while gaining exposure to partner-driven initiatives and broader business development opportunities.

About the team 🚀

Our Partners team opens doors to new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we’d love to have you on board.

Ready to be part of the challenge? 🚀

What you'll do ⚙️

• Prospect, strategize and qualify: identify the best prospects across the UAE, research companies and key decision-makers, and build your own outbound strategy to generate qualified opportunities.

• Engage with B2B prospects: connect with prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other creative channels. You’ll speak with HR leaders and C-level executives to understand their pains, uncover their needs and explore how Factorial can bring value to their business.

• Keep the momentum going: coordinate qualified meetings and calls with Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handover and quality throughout the sales cycle.

• Own your research and qualification: analyze prospect information, identify relevant signals and use curiosity to understand whether there is a real business opportunity. As you grow, you’ll also have the opportunity to run your own mini-demos.

• Collaborate across teams: work closely with Sales, Marketing, CX and Product teams to share insights, improve our outbound approach and contribute to the overall customer experience.

• Grow in SaaS & digital sales: develop a strong consultative sales approach, become an expert on Factorial and take ownership of your results and impact on the UAE market.

What are we looking for? 🎯

• You’ve an excellent level of English, both spoken and written, and you’re confident communicating in a professional business environment. Being an Arabic speaker is a plus.

• You have initial experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or a fast-paced client-facing role, and you’re looking to build a career in SaaS, Sales, or Business Development.

• You’re comfortable managing a high volume of inbound leads and can quickly assess, prioritize, and act on what matters most.

• You’re confident engaging prospects across different channels, especially on calls, and can hold structured conversations with stakeholders at different levels, including C-level executives.

• You have a strong commercial mindset: you can identify genuine opportunities, understand business needs, and move conversations forward with purpose.

• You’re proactive, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where speed, ownership, and decision-making are key.

• You’re comfortable working with UAE-based businesses and a multicultural customer base.

• You’re motivated to grow and make a direct impact on pipeline generation and revenue.

• You’re based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

About us ✌️

Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action.

Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries.

Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work.

But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn’t know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context.

Factorial is different. Because it’s inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports.

AI isn’t the goal. Giving people back their time is.

When work changes, so do we.

• We believe in diverse talent: we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strongly encourage people of diverse experiences and identities to apply.

• We believe in inclusion: we are committed to equal opportunities and actively promote workplace inclusion of people with disabilities. If you would like to learn more about our inclusive recruitment processes, you are welcome to indicate so optionally and we will share additional information with you.

Our Values ✨

• We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses.

• We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, sharing it.

• We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other.

• We grow fast: We act fast. We believe the worst mistake is not learning from them.
