The Experience Senior Account Executive is part of our Key Account Management Team, focused on defined Enterprise Customers in Manufacturing. You own the entire Salesforce portfolio for your accounts — driving revenue growth, building executive relationships, and delivering customer success. This isn't just an AI sales role — it's an AI-native one. You'll use Agentforce and AI-powered tools yourself to prospect smarter, deepen account intelligence, and move deals faster, while helping manufacturers reimagine their own operations with AI agents at the core.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Leverage deep knowledge of the manufacturing or automotive market to build and execute strategic account plans, driving proactive expansion and cross-sell — including Salesforce's AI and Agentforce portfolio — across assigned accounts.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

• Use AI-driven insights and tools (account research, pipeline intelligence, deal coaching) to sharpen account strategy and outreach — modeling for customers how AI agents amplify a great salesperson rather than replace one.

• Collaborate with solution sales, solution engineers, professional services, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to deliver consultative, outcome-based solutions — including AI-powered use cases tailored to manufacturing and automotive workflows.

• Define and pursue significant revenue targets with a long-term growth mindset, navigating fast-paced, AI-driven market shifts with focus and adaptability.

You're Our Person If...

• You have 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

• You bring strong knowledge of the manufacturing market and a well-established network of C-suite and senior executive relationships.

• You're curious about AI and comfortable using AI tools in your own workflow — and can speak credibly with customers about applying AI/agentic technology to their business.

• You are fluent in English and German.

• You can break down complex business challenges and clearly articulate how Salesforce solutions, including AI agents, address them.

• You have at least a Bachelor degree in Business/Economics or Computer Science or any STEM subject

Even Better If...

• You have experience driving large investment decisions and closing complex, high-value deals.

• You are familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.

• You have experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross-functional teams.

• You've sold or evangelized AI/automation solutions, or led customers through AI-driven transformation.

• A Masters degree
