Temp Cellar Assistant
Join Our Harvest Team for the 2027 Wine Season!
Durbanville Hills is seeking energetic, dedicated, and hardworking individuals to join our Cellar Operations team on a temporary basis for the upcoming harvest season.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are available for seasonal employment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with grape intake and processing.

Perform wine transfers, pump-overs, and general cellar activities under supervision.

Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, and work areas.

Support cellar operations throughout the harvest season.
Education & Experience
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 qualification.

Physically fit and able to work in a demanding cellar environment.

Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.

Previous experience in a winery, cellar, production, or agricultural environment will be advantageous.
