Responsibilities:
IAM Governance and Business Requirements: Ability to define, document, and validate IAM-related business, governance, security, and operational requirements across applications, systems, and user populations.
Architecture and Solution Oversight: Ability to review solution designs from a business, security, governance, and architecture perspective to ensure alignment with least privilege, segregation of duties, access control standards, and operational requirements.
Lifecycle and Access Governance Processes: Working knowledge of JML, SoD, access certification, access request and approval workflows, role or entitlement models, privileged access controls, and identity lifecycle policies.
Testing and Validation: Capability to prepare or review test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, validate expected access behavior, confirm control requirements, track defects, and support readiness sign-off.
Stakeholder and Application Onboarding Coordination: Ability to coordinate with application owners, technical teams, process owners, and vendors to obtain data, validate requirements, confirm integration readiness, and support onboarding activities.
Operational Readiness and Transition: Ability to assess operational impacts, define support requirements, accept knowledge transfer, prepare handover documentation, and support long-term ownership after go-live.
Compliance and Risk Awareness: Understanding of access control policies, audit expectations, regulatory requirements, security baselines, and risk management practices applicable to IAM and privileged access environments.
Qualifications:
Has Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, IT security governance, application security, infrastructure security, or enterprise access management projects.
Hands-on involvement in IAM-related initiatives such as IGA, PAM, Active Directory, MFA, Single Sign-On, access request workflows, user lifecycle management, access certification, and application onboarding.
Experience in defining, reviewing, or validating business, security, governance, and operational requirements for enterprise systems and applications.
Knowledge of Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, segregation of duties (SoD), access certification, approval workflows, entitlement management, and access governance policies.
Experience coordinating with application owners, business process owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and vendors to gather requirements, validate data, support onboarding, and resolve project implementation issues.
Exposure to IAM platforms and technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory, MFA solutions, PAM tools, identity directories, workflow systems, and enterprise integration platforms.
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, identity federation, and integration concepts including SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, APIs, directories, and role or entitlement models.
Experience supporting testing activities, user acceptance testing, defect validation, knowledge transfer, operational readiness assessment, and post-go-live transition for security or IAM solutions.
Work set-up: Should be amendable to work 100% Onsite in Ortigas.
