Support Technique CUP FAL A350 (F/H)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a CUP FAL A350 Technical Support (m/f) to join our Manufacturing Engineering department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team that is in direct interface with A350 production. Within the Technical Support team, you will be involved in the daily production support aimed at supporting the various hazards encountered in production and providing repair ranges compliant with the requirements and processes of Manufacturing Engineering.

This position is on alternating shift hours (weekly day/night rotation).

Your challenges:

• Management of non-conformities, assistance requests, derogations..

• Monitoring of ongoing points at your workstation (escalation of points, update of ACPNG, Tandem comments..)

• Conduct technical investigations into blocking points at your workstation, the impact of missing parts…

• Mastery of Manufacturing Engineering processes in a production environment: Finishing, LNC/RRA, RVP, securing mobile elements, consignment, Flashpost…

• Creation of catch-up ranges in response to solutions given following non-conformities / Drafting S03, S99

• Production support on understanding ranges, ME processes…

• Processing and managing hazards encountered at workstations (O5 notices, andon..)

• Active participation in workstation improvement (MFT monitoring, launching actions and monitoring via Tcard…)

• Support process validation (PPV) and failure analysis

• Support in the EHS approach (participation in MFT safety, GLS, driver in reporting near misses..)

Your boarding pass:

• Minimum one year experience as Technical Support

• Versatility, ease of integration and communication

• Proficiency in using SAP, 3D Juump, ACPNG, Tandem, AIRINA software..

• Reading and understanding technical plans

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes: finishing process, industrial sharing delegation process

• Intermediate English level
