Capo Servizio Pulizie - Brunico (BZ)

Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a CLEANING SERVICE MANAGER for an important company operating in the multi-service sector.

The selected candidate will be placed within the Brunico Healthcare District and will play a key role in coordinating operational activities and managing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Verify and monitor the quality of the cleaning service provided;

• Organize and plan the team's work activities;

• Manage personnel (shifts, attendance, holidays, permits, illnesses, and onboarding new resources);

• Interface daily with the client to ensure the correct execution of the service;

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the cleaning or services sector;

• Good organizational skills and resource management;

• Problem-solving attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;

• Possession of a B driving license;

• Residence in Brunico or surrounding areas;

• Availability and flexibility in working hours in case of operational needs.

Working hours

Full Time, Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 19:00

• Brunico Healthcare District, with operations in the Brunico and San Candido (BZ) areas.
