Job description

Permanent Staffing, a specialized division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a Sales Assistant belonging to Protected Categories (L. 68/99) for an important company operating in the Beauty sector, selling personal care products, environmental fragrances, and high-quality cosmetics.

DUTIES:

• Customer reception and assistance, providing personalized advice tailored to their needs;

• Cash operations;

• Restocking the sales point and setting up displays according to sales point standards;

• Checking stock in the warehouse.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Enrollment in targeted placement (L.68/99);

• Passion for the world of cosmetics and beauty;

• Strong customer orientation and aptitude for assisted selling;

• Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and team spirit;

• Experience, even minimal, in retail, preferably in the cosmetics or perfumery sector.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Hours: Part-Time 21 hours per week, on shifts from Monday to Sunday;

• Contract: Initial fixed-term contract of 6 months, CCNL Commercio, level negotiable based on the candidate's experience. RAL between 22/24K to be re-proportioned to the hours worked.
