MEMBERSHIP RECRUITERS for an important NGO

Gi Group acts as a selection intermediary for a client company in Logroño, Spain, to recruit face-to-face recruiters, with 100% on-site work in Logroño.

What you will do:

• Have face-to-face conversations to invite people to collaborate with the social base.

• Work with a target of 15 members per month, with support to achieve it.

What we are looking for:

• We value 6 months of experience in similar positions.

• Good communication for dealing with clients.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales.

• Impact and influence, emotional management, and self-control.

• Achievement orientation, teamwork, and initiative/self-management.
