The person we are looking for will be placed within the Compliance Department in the Transparency & Customer Protection Unit and will support the manager and the team in the following activities:
Execution of ex-post second-level controls provided for in the catalog of controls approved by the Board of Directors;
Support to the manager in ex-ante advisory activities, contributing to the evaluation and issuance of opinions on new commercial and marketing initiatives, as well as to the evaluation of new regulatory impacts;
Design and formalization of processes and controls aimed at ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements for the Unit's areas of expertise;
Investigation of requests from Supervisory Authorities (e.g., Bank of Italy complaints), through the collection of information from competent offices, analysis of documentation, preparation of draft responses to the Authority, evaluation of any impacts on the Bank's processes;
Preparation and updating of internal reporting documents.
Monitoring and evaluation of new regulatory requirements and changes to existing ones within the scope of competence;
Support in setting up processes and controls aimed at ensuring compliance with current and applicable regulatory requirements;
Advisory support to other functions/structures of the Bank in the interpretation and application of regulations, for example, with reference to the preparation and updating of transparency documentation and communications to customers;
Execution of ex-post second-level controls based on the approved control catalog;
Advisory on products and services, contributing to the evaluation of new commercial and marketing initiatives;
Management of activities deriving from findings of the Internal Audit function and/or by Supervisory Authorities;
Support for training activities aimed at ensuring knowledge and compliance with the regulations overseen;
Preparation of reports;
Among the required skills, in addition to those related to knowledge of regulations in the area of transparency and customer protection, the ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools, also in terms of redesigning processes, is relevant.
Degree in economics, law, or related fields
Over 5 years of experience in Compliance within banking or financial companies or consulting firms
Knowledge and analytical skills of Italian and European banking regulations with reference to banking, credit, and payment products
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of the English language
A strong results orientation and problem-solving attitude, a proactive personality with an aptitude for teamwork, relationships, and continuous learning, as well as great flexibility, complete the profile.
Workplace: Milan (alternating presence in the office and smart working)
Indicative gross annual salary: € 60,000 - € 85,000
The indicated salary range represents the fixed component of the remuneration, determined on the basis of the minimum provided by the CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement) for Credit and supplemented by any individual salary elements (ad personam), depending on the candidate's experience and positioning. The offer will be commensurate with skills and seniority, in line with the principles of transparency, equity, and non-discrimination provided for by the Company Policies.
