Voice/VoIP & MS Teams Voice Expert (x|f|m)

We are looking for a Voice/VoIP & MS Teams Voice Expert (x|f|m) for the IT Foundation Services department. In this role, you will contribute to the operation, stability and continuous evolution of our global communication infrastructure while working with modern cloud-based telephony technologies. In this role, responsibility includes our global voice infrastructure leveraging Operator Connect, Direct Routing and Cloud PBX capabilities within Microsoft Teams Voice. The focus is on ensuring high availability, security and exceptional call quality while addressing complex telephony challenges in close collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.

This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our site in Madrid (Spain) or M’hamedia (Tunisia) with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and continuously enhance the global Microsoft Teams Voice infrastructure, including Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Direct Routing and Operator Connect

• Ensure a high-quality end user experience with a focus on usability, performance and stability of voice solutions

• Manage SIP trunking and coordinate with telecom carriers across the EMEA, AMER and APAC regions

• Support the implementation and operation of voice security controls, QoS measures and compliance requirements

• Automate administrative tasks through PowerShell scripting

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony-related issues on Apple endpoints and mobile devices as 3rd level support

• Coordinate closely with workplace services, security teams and end users to align voice solutions and operational requirements

• Evaluate and implement new technologies, features and best practices within the Microsoft Teams Voice ecosystem

• Document configurations, processes and platform standards to ensure transparency and scalability

What Will Convince Us

• Academic degree with a focus on Information Technology or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience with Microsoft Teams Voice architecture and telephony systems

• Comprehensive knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols and SBC configurations

• Proficiency in voice networking troubleshooting and monitoring tools

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure ID and Active Directory

• Experience with PowerShell scripting

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer (MS-720), CISSP, CISM

• Fluency in English and occasional willingness to travel
